 
This is the Etiquette used in the Realm of Bladarion. You will find different forms used as you travel the realms, but we believe the following to be in broad use.
The Following is the address used for each title.
Bladarion Royalty (Your King and Queen, Princes and Princesses)
King- Sire, Your Majesty, My King, Our King, or My Liege.
Queen- Your Majesty, My Queen, Our Queen or My Liege.
Prince or Princess- Your Highness
Royalty (Visiting)
King- Your Majesty
Queen- Your Majesty
Prince or Princess- Your Highness
Nobility
Duke or Duchess- Your Grace (Including Grand Dukes or Duchesses)
Cardinal- Your Emminence
Lord, High, or Grand Chancellor- Your Grace
Chancellor- Your Excellency
Marquis or Marquessa- Your Excellency (Bladarion First Knight)
Earl- Your Excellency
Count or Countess- Your Excellency
Viscount or Viscountess- Your Excellency
Baron or Baroness- Your Excellency
Baronet (lesser Baron)- Your Excellency
Peerage
Knights- Male- Sir; Female- Dame
Squires are addressed as Squire
As a general courtesy we address 'non-titled' people as Lord <name> or
Lady <name>. Title and name are always proper. (i.e. Duke Charles, Countess Mary). Check a visitor's ID if their screen name does not specify a title. If you are not sure of one's title Lord or Lady is proper to use. A lord or knight should bow as a sign of respect, a Lady should curtsy to those above her station. A low bow or deep curtsy should be reserved for your King and Queen.
